Request a return or exchange
Contact us within seven days of delivery. Email info@doozyclothing.in with your order number, the item, the reason for your request and whether you would prefer a return or size exchange. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos so our team can help.
Before sending anything back
Keep the item and its packaging safe while we review your request. Our team will confirm the return instructions, available exchange sizes and any conditions that apply to your item. Please wait for these instructions before posting a return.
Refunds
When your return or cancellation is approved, our team will confirm the refund amount, payment route and expected processing time. Keep your order and payment reference for follow-up. Contact us if a confirmed refund has not arrived within the timeframe provided.
Cancel an order
You can request cancellation from your account within 24 hours of placing an order, before it has shipped or been delivered. For help with an order already in progress, contact customer care.
