Doozy Clothing is completely owned and operated for selling clothes manufactured at our own handloom. This site is not for any other purpose. No individual or third party can own, display, or sell products through this website.

General Terms 

Doozy Clothing can send promotional and marketing SMS/email/calls to any customers already registered with us.

Doozy Clothing holds all the right to cancel any order for any reason with or without any prior notice to the customer. If any amount is paid by the customer for the cancelled product, before confirmation from Doozy Clothing, the amount paid will be refunded.

Doozy Clothing reserves the right to block/blacklist any customer/phone number/email address/account for any reason with or without notice/intimation and will not accept/process orders of these customers. Any order placed by the blocked/blacklisted customer will be cancelled, and any orders in the future will not be accepted. Reasons may include the customer exchanging the products regularly/frequently, the customer trying to use his/her influence owing to his/her position/profession, the customer exchanging the products after use, payment delays or payment fraudulence, and any activities leading to or capable of leading to any monetary/reputation loss to Doozy Clothing.

Doozy Clothing reserves the right to refuse products or services to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree that you can only receive a refund for the orders cancelled before order confirmation or acceptance from Doozy Clothing. You cannot claim any refunds for the order cancelled by Doozy Clothing, as refunds for cancelled orders are solely on the decision of Doozy Clothing.

By accepting the terms and conditions, the user consents to pay Doozy Clothing the complete amount for the order placed by them from Doozy Clothing. However, Doozy Clothing does not control the amount charged to the user by their bank or any third-party payment providers related to their purchase from Doozy Clothing to which Doozy Clothing disclaims any liability in this regard.

The failure of us to exercise any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision to any user.
