Product shipping

At Doozy Clothing, we ship products and orders within 1-3 business days after confirmation of orders. Usually, our delivery is expected to be within 1-5 business days from the shipment date.
*Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to high season times and unexpected weather conditions.

Products cancellation policy

At Doozy Clothing, product cancellation is allowed for a limited time. You can cancel your ordered product “within 24 hours” of placing your order or until the order status is in the “processing stage” before shipment.

Refund for cancellation of an order

For each order cancellation, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the same ‘bank account’ used for payment when placing the order or the bank account you will provide.

Products Exchange

For some of our products, we don’t have a refund option. Customers can initiate an exchange option for such products. Exchange can be initiated within 7 business days of products being delivered. For every order, the exchange can be initiated only ‘once per order’ by satisfying the following conditions:
  • The product(s) should be unused & unwashed
  • Tags should be unbroken
  • Product(s) is/are not bought on sale/discounted price
  • Product(s) is/are not altered or customized
  • For partial damage and wrong products delivered, an unpacking video is a must.

For size exchange:

Doozy Clothing takes excellent care in dispatching products according to the sizes mentioned in our product size charts. If you have a size issue with the delivered product, you can place an exchange request on the website, mail us, or reach us by phone.

Custom tailored/ altered products:

We will not accept the product’s returns or exchanges for custom-sized products or items that have been altered in any form.

Bought on sale:

All the products bought on sale, discounts, coupons applied, and purchases through gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Please note the customer will have to send the parcel back to us. The reversal of parcels from anywhere takes 3-20 business days (about 3 weeks) to reach us after pickup. Exchange orders will be processed ONLY after we receive the parcel, and the product passes the quality check successfully. If there is no reverse pickup available at your location, you will have to self-ship the order to the address provided by our customer support.
